Story Writing: Fiction & Memoir

Whether you’re dabbling with an idea or have completed a first draft, this adult class teaches writing secrets to put your writing on the fast tract to completion – and techniques to turn your prose into page-turners.  Fee includes professional editing of your work by instructor Barbara Flores.

Barbara Flores has taught writing through U.C. Berkeley Extension, St Mary’s College in California, and currently at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is an award winning author and playwright with three nonfiction books, a completed memoir and a YA fiction in the works. She received her MFA in Writing and Literature in 2010 from Bennington College. The Atlantic named Bennington College as one of the top 5 MFA writing programs in the United States. Barbara lives both in Livermore, CA and Palm Beach.
